1.Definitions
Company refers to Advit, engaged in manufacturing and supplying oil press machines, oil extraction machines, and related equipment.
2. Product Scope
Supply shall be strictly limited to items specified in the mutually agreed quotation, proforma invoice, or purchase order.
Technical specifications and performance parameters shall be as stated in the official documentation issued by Advit.
3. Acceptance of Terms
Placement of a purchase order, issuance of written confirmation, or payment of advance shall constitute full and final acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the Buyer.
4. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be subject to the courts at the place where Advit is legally registered.
